Project: Downtown Revitalization Initiative
Client: City of Peekskill
Enormous Creative was retained by the City of Peekskill, to assist in its 2019 application for the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative. Working closely with the City’s Director of Planning, Enormous Creative was integral to the City’s application and presentation.
We took a very strategic approach to this project, researching the selection criteria and past winning submissions. We identified the value proposition and defined the attributes of a likely winning submission, and worked to assemble the message that would position Peekskill as exactly the right community, at the right time.
We were confident in our work, and had high hopes that we would be able to secure a grant for our home-town, and that’s exactly what we did. Peekskill was awarded a $10 Million grant, and Mayor Andre Rainey graciously thanked Enormous Creative in his acceptance speech, for our crucial efforts in brining this windfall to the City.
